It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Rose Throckmorton Massey of Oxford, North Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Glenn and Rosa Mae Bottoms Throckmorton; her husband Harold Lee Massey; and her sisters, Libby Miller, Janet Marders, Alice Richards and Iva Rooker.

She is survived by : her son Justin Aycock (Daisy) of Oxford; her brother Robert Throckmorton (Debra); her granddaughter Hailey Aycock; and her stepgrandson Troy Roberson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
