He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleatus Sullivan and Mildred Sullivan; his wife Edith Darden Sullivan; and his brother James Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Sullivan Taylor (Trey); his grandchildren, Cameron Taylor (Meredith) and Caroline Taylor Phillips (Blake); his brothers, Ray Sullivan (Marguerite) and Edward Sullivan (Terri); and his caregivers, Linda Smith, Stacy Oliver, DeAnna Gurganus and Will. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews he loved.
