He was predeceased by : his parents, Zacheus Ray and Cornelia Reynolds Horne. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth "Lib" Martin Horne; his children, Jeffrey Horne (Janice) of Peachland, Chad Horne of Peachland and Tammy Horne (Charles) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Amanda Horne, Bethany Horne, Tiffany Horne, Benji Hildreth and Kristy Hildreth. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
