It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Nance (Peachland, North Carolina), born in Great Falls, South Carolina, who passed away on June 21, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Pettit and Mattie Harper Pettit; and her son Jody Brown. She is survived by : her children, Christie Arias of Rockingham, NC, Jane Brown of Peachland, Carol Medlin of Ridgeway, SC, Larkey Brown of Locust, NC and Ann Robinson of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; and her sister Brenda Miller of Camden, SC. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
