He is survived by : his sons, Jordan Helms (Victoria) of Wadesboro, Devin Helms (Madison) of Peachland and Cameron Helms of Peachland; his mother Lynda Mullis Helms of Monroe; his stepmother Kathleen Helms of Indian Trail; his brother Rev. Donnie Helms (Ronda) of Wadesboro; and his stepsiblings, Mike Pressley (Tammy) of Peachland, Kathy Bradshaw (Keith) of Monroe and Dottie Nance (Steven) of Monroe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
