He was predeceased by : his parents, Efird Rowell and Mary Jeanette Rowell; and his daughter Tammy Rowell Crneckiy. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Cordell Rowell; his son Kenny Rowell (Lori) of Peachland; his siblings, Patty Benton (Rick) of Wingate and Jim Rowell (Linda) of Marshville; his grandchildren, Kim (Josh), Jessica and Heather; and his great grandchildren, Jada and Josh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
