He is survived by : his parents, Gary Lynn Worley and Michelle Renee Hall; his sisters, Heather Smith (Allen) and Mary Beth Worley; his nephew Parker Smith; and his grandparents, Ronnie Wayne Worley (Joyce Hancock) and Carol Casey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
