He is survived by: his parent Hazel Mae Cook Pruitt; his daughters, Teresa Jackson, Tammy Willard and Torie Leftwich; his grandchildren, Hunter Jackson, Dawson Jackson, Meghan Willard, Austen Davis and Kole Leftwich; his great grandchild Levi Jackson; his sister Karen Gregory; his significant other Linda Fulton; and also Buttercup. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
