He was predeceased by : his parents, Floney Lipscomb Sr. and Nannie Mae Wilson Lipscomb; and his siblings, Bobby Lipscomb, Floney Lipscomb Jr., Billie Lipscomb, Florence Chandler, Nancey Lea, Esther Mae Randolph and Lois Johnson.
He is survived by : his wife Brenda M. Lipscomb; his children, Pamela Williamson (Hulon) of Burlington, Peter Lipscomb (Erica) of Haw River and Richard Lipscomb (Venecia) of Brown Summit; his sisters, Ruth Lea of Yanceyville and Lillian Slade of Yanceyville; and his friends, Per, Guidelines and Facial Masks. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
