It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Chumley of Pelham, North Carolina, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Lee Reynolds and Clarice Grant Adams; and her brothers, Raleigh Reynolds, Jr. and Phillip Adams. She is survived by: her sons, Carl Chumley (Cindy) and David Chumley (Valanda); her grandchildren, Jordan Chumley, Katie Chumley, Lucas Chumley and Demontre Dixon; her sisters, Sylvia Phelps, Lucy Scarce, Rosie Davis and Joann Cash; and her sister-in-law Mable Chumley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
