He was predeceased by: his mothers, Opal Blakeman and Grace Fields Blakeman; his wife Betty Jean Barber Blakeman; and his siblings, Wayne Lyons and Linda Heady.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Blakeman Martin (Stan) and Cheryl Amy Blakeman Foster (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Madison, Holli Martin, Blake and Chase Foster.
