She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Thomas Jacobs, Nelia Jr. and Bonnie Sanderson. She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Wayne Jacobs of Fairmont, NC and Lisa Jacobs of Lumberton, NC; her brothers, Travis Wayne Sanderson of Lumberton and Lorenzo Patterson of Lumberton; her children, Niley Rose Coleman and Isaiah Sanderson; her grandmother Sallie Jacobs of Fairmont; and her siblings' children, Travis Jr., Kane and Nani Sanderson. She is also survived by three aunts, two uncles, and a host of special relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (407 Breece St, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at the Jacobs Family Cemetery.
