She is survived by: her husband Tyrone Locklear; and her siblings, Billy Ray Smiling (Mary) of Maxton, Donald Lee Smiling of Maxton, Martha Lee Smiling Hunt (Jimmy Ray), Naomi Smiling Brayboy (William), Linda Smiling Scott (Donald), Brenda Smiling Locklear (Alford), Barbara Smiling Strong, Rosie Lee Smiling Jones (Harold) and Sharlene Smiling Spaulding. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
