She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Oxendine and Luther Oxendine; her husband Kenneth Bullard; her son Kenneth Ray Bullard Jr.; and her siblings, Monroe Oxendine, Catherine Strickland, Magdalene Strickland and Mary Blue.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Bullard (Debbie), Kevin Bullard (Lisa) and Kimberly Bullard; her grandchildren, Destiney, Kendra, Presleigh, Kyra, Kristen, Kinsley, Kaisley, Cory and Kendrick; and her sisters, Evelyn Soles and Pearl Norton (Ben). She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Island Grove Baptist Church (6045 NC-710, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at the Bullard Family Cemetery.
