He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Falls and Elizabeth Beeson Falls Culbreth; his stepfather W. T. Culbreth; and his brother-in-law Don V. McLean. He is survived by: his wife Linda Carter Falls; his daughters, Torri Lynn Ellis (Carey Roberts) and Heather Falls Bullard (James); his grandchildren, Jessica Ellis Carter (Edward), Amanda Gail Ellis, Elizabeth Ellis Jacobs (Dustin) and Chandler Bullard; his great grandchildren, Cody Mitchell (Jada), Raylon Carter, Greyson Parker Carter, Zyler Lee Jacobs, Bradley Julius Scott, Amiyah Annagail Locklear and Paizley Elizabeth Jacobs; his great great grandchildren, India Mitchell and Judah Mitchell; and his sister Inez Culbreth McLean.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floyd Mortuary and Crematory (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lewis Cemetery (2366 N Chicken Rd, Pembroke, NC 28372).
