With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera McAllister of Pfafftown, North Carolina, born in Manchester, North West, who passed away on January 24, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Graham and Margaret Hunston Graham; and her sisters, Margaret Berry of Manchester, England., Kathleen Chaisty of Manchester, England. and Norma Carroll of Manchester, England..

She is survived by: her husband Albert Garrett McAllister; her sons, Norman McAllister (Carol) and Graham McAllister (Myrle); her grandchildren, Tammy McAllister, Teresa Hughes (Chris), Jeff McAllister, Mike McAllister (Gina) and Paul McAllister (Rebecca); and her great grandchildren, Christina, Nicholas McAllister, John Norman, Grayson Hughes, Andrew McAllister, Ava and Lily McAllister. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Maple Springs United Methodist Church or Vienna Village Assisted Living, or your favorite charity.
