She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughie Paul and Carol Smith Garner; and her brother John Garner. She is survived by: her husband Maxwell Eugene Kiser; her children, Monica Arrington of Carthage, Daniel Kiser (Kelly) of Southern Pines and Aaron Kiser (Megan) of Broadway; her sisters, Debbie Orr of Whispering Pines, Phyllis Taylor of Oak Island and Jill Xiques of Florida; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Kendall, Keturah, Kathryn and Harper.
