With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony W. Viola of Pinehurst, North Carolina, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 27, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Viola and Gilda Viola; his wife Joanne C. Viola; his sons, Richard (Tamara) and Steven (Karen); his grandchildren, Alison and Kyle Viola; his siblings, Judith Feather, Ernest (Lisa) and Thomas Viola; and his close friend Joan Amato.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
