We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2019, at the age of 68, Carole Sue Horne (Pinehurst, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edna Riggleman and Oscar Riggleman; her husband Gene Horne; her sons, Todd Wilkins and Kelly Wilkins (Wynnie); her granddaughter Sarah Wilkins (Travis); and her great grandchild TJ Causey.
