She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel J. Richardson, Jr.; and her siblings, William, Hard, Ray, Hubert, Huey Barber, Ola Evans, Etta Mae Taylor and Lovedy Short.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Edwards (Robert), Wanda Allred and Samara Hayes (Harold); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Richardson (Lois) and Lorraine Richardson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
