Hartsell, Jr. of Pinehurst; her children, Thomas Hartsell, Michael Hartsell, Patricia Hartsell and James Hartsell; and her grandchildren, Andrew Hartsell, Allison Crissman, Lawana Hartsell, Douglas Hartsell, Noah Hartsell, Jamie Deaton, Nathaniel Hartsell, Aaron Hartsell and Kayla Williams. She is also survived by mother and grandmother who adored all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
