He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Glagola (Stewart); and his stepfather Charles Glagola. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Taiclet (Foley); his children, James Taiclet, Jr. of Miami, FL and Michele Main of Southern Pines, NC; his children-in-law, Carol Taiclet and Jeffrey Main; his grandchildren, David, Lauren and Dayna Taiclet; his grandchild-in-law Alexandra Taiclet; his sister Cora Maier (Jim) of Ocala, FL; and his friends, Terry Lane, John "Moon" Mullen and Bob Seeger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
