He was predeceased by : his parents, John Ed Conoly and Mable Lillian Chason Conoly; his children, John Ed Conoly, Gary N. Conoly and Leah Conoly; his grandsons, Garrett Conoly and Evan Russell; and his siblings, Edwin Conoly, Hazel Davis, Sarah Tucker and Alene Ketchel.

He is survived by : his wife Joanne H. Conoly of Pinehurst, NC; his children, Kenneth J. Conoly (Kerry O'Neal) of Davidsonville, MD and Vickie C. Russell (Mike) of Wilmington, NC; his stepdaughter Dina L. Robbins of Denver, CO.; and his grandchildren, Damian Conoly, Rachel Conoly and Nicole Psomas (Grant).
