He was predeceased by: his parent Haywood Price. He is survived by: his parent Katie Forsythe Price; his wife Carol Price; and his children, Connie Ullrich (Gene) of Victorville, CA, Larry Price (Janet) of Carthage and Steve Price (Karen) of Carthage. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
