He is survived by: his wife Silvia Hasler Bisbe; his children, Deb House (Buddy) of Valdosta and Russell Bisbe of Bluffton, SC; his sister Elvira Rothermel of Lancaster, PA; and his sister-in-law Trudy Bisbe of Allendale, NJ.
