We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2018, at the age of 87, Willam A. Nelson (Pinehurst, North Carolina), born in Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Anne Byrne; his children, William E., Robert Nelson (Oliver), Mark Nelson (Sharon), Kevin Nelson (JoAnne), Brendan Nelson and Anne Nelson; and his siblings, Francis Nelson (Helen) and Mary Bradbury. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
