Woodrow N. Boroughs age 102 departed this life Friday May 22, 2020 First Health Hospice and Palliative Care in Pinehurst, N. C. due to COVID-19 a private funeral services will be conducted later this week at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Southern Pines, N. C.
