He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Choir; his children, Elder Anthony Sharpe of Waldoff, MD, Jennifer Bryant of Pinetops, NC and Tara Sharpe of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Curtis Eason of Pinetops, NC, Mildred Mooring of Pinetops, NC, Carolyn Staton of Lumberton, NC and Velma Edwards of Tarboro, NC. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
