He was predeceased by: his parents, Addie Waters and Irene Waters (Boyd); and his brother James Stanley Waters. He is survived by: his stepson Derek Torayno; his sister Rita Waters Lee (Andy) of Garner, NC; his niece Kimberley Jimmerson; and his nephews, Kenneth Waters (JoAnna), Kevin Waters, Edwin Lee (LeeAnn) and Adam Lee (Vivian). He is also survived by six great nephews, four great nieces three great-great nephews and one great-great niece.
