He is survived by: his children, Frederick Marshall Cutler, Jr. (Tammy) of Bath and Sarah Warren (Forrest) of Belhaven; his stepsons, Ronnie Huettmann (Debbie) and Richard Huettmann (Dawn); his grandchildren, Cody Cutler, Cole Cutler, Kaitlyn Richards and Courtney Richards; his stepgranddaughters, Samantha Warren, Emily Huettmann, Megan Huettmann and Kristen Huettmann; his stepgreat-grandson Hayden Huettmann; and his sister Betty Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
