With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allie Pruitt of Pinnacle, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on September 19, 2020 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allie Pruitt to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Baker and Myrtle Smith Baker; her husband Wayne Pruitt; and her siblings, Gray Baker and Betty Shelton.

She is survived by : her children, Jeffrey Pruitt (Fay) of Pinnacle and Robin Bowman (Bobby); her grandchildren, Ryan Pruitt (Brittany), Kyle Pruitt, Jenna Pruitt, Levi Bowman, Hayley Bowman and Cody Bowman; her great grandchildren, Solomon Pruitt and Shiloh Pruitt; her siblings, Wayne Baker and Rebecca Jarrell (Richard); and her siblings-in-law, Stewart Pruitt (Sandra), Madeline Kirkman and Cheryl Pruitt. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Due to Covid a family memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Pinnacle View Baptist Church fellowship hall by the Rev. Ronnie Chamblin with visitation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Pinnacle View Baptist Church building or cemetery fund, c/o Rachel Hall 463 Corner Road, Pinnacle, NC 27043, Mountain Valley Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
