It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Blackwell of Pinnacle, North Carolina, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Blackwell and Lorene Blackwell. He is survived by : his sons, Daniel Blackwell (Terra) of Pinnacle and Robert Blackwell of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Skylar Turney and Zander Blackwell; and his siblings, Sandra Perkins (Steve) of Winston-Salem and Richard Blackwell (Mary Ann) of Winston-Salem.
