She was predeceased by : her husband Millard Stephens; her mother Maude Moore; and her siblings, Stephen Hiott and Ruby Carr. She is survived by : her children, Linda Gail Martinez (Larry) and Millard "Stevie" Stephens. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Mountain Valley Hospice, 945 Zephyr Rd., Dobson, NC or to Olive Grove Baptist Church.
