It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rommie Bowman of Pinnacle, North Carolina, born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Howard Bowman and Mytrice Elizabeth Marshall Bowman; his grandson Robert Clint Smith; and his brother Roby Wayne Bowman. He is survived by : his wife Kattie Owens Bowman; his children, Susan (Wesley Hensley), Kathy (James Long) and Randall Wade Bowman; his grandchildren, Michael Hensley, Robert Lee Smith and Nevaeh Long; his sisters, Peggy B. Marion, Carolyn B. Watson (Larry), Terry Baer (Michael) and Debby Messick (Bo); and his close friend Gerald Robertson.
