She was predeceased by : her parents, Kermit Boyles and Opal Needham Boyles; and her husband David Lunsford. She is survived by : her children, Neal Terrell (Dawn), Brandon Terrell and Sarandon Terrell; her stepchildren, Mitchell, Nathan and Penny Lunsford; her grandchildren, Danielle, Hannah, Samantha, Brooklyn, Braedyn, London and Landon Terrell; her stepgrandchildren, Seth, Cassandra, John Michael, Stephanie and Ashelynn; and also, Bear, Sadie, Kandy and Jonathan Bass.
