It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Clyde Elkins Sr. of Pittsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul L. Elkins and Lilly Noell Elkins; his wife Alice Whitaker Elkins; his brother Paul Edwin Elkins; and his half-siblings, Pauline E. Belfour, Lindon Elkins, Clarence Elkins, Harold Elkins and Woodrow Elkins.

He is survived by : his children, Sharon E. Gregory (Glenn) of Lillington and William Clyde Elkins, Jr. of Pittsboro; and his siblings, Pearl E. Brown, Ruth E. Brewer, Glynn Elkins (Judy) and Franklin D. Elkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
