He is survived by: his sons, Randall Fields of Costa Rica, Michael Fields (Renee) of Pleasant Garden and Alan Fields (Jennifer) of Climax; his grandchildren, Kameron Fields, Kalen Fields (Ashley), Savannah Fields and Carson Fields; his great grandchild Karter Fields; his siblings, Howard Fields and Vivian Wilkinson (Edward); and his friend Jean Womble. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
