She was predeceased by : her parents, Pete Garrett and Cletis Garrett; her husband William "Buzz" Melvin; her daughter Leslie Reese; and her brother Jimmy Garrett.
She is survived by : her daughter Lisa Rankin; her brother Dan Garrett; her stepdaughter Kim; her grandchildren, Christopher and Adrian; her great grandchild Cooper; her friend Teresa Korn; and her nieces and nephews, Andrea, Mackenzie, Layla, Greg and Troy.
