He was predeceased by : his parents, Irvin Lewis and Frances Phillips Lewis. He is survived by : his children, Christopher Lewis (Wendy), Shawn Lewis (Tabitha), Candy Stogner (Howard) and Phillip Lewis (Debbie); and his sister Kathy Lewis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
