He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Subotnik. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Puchalski Subotnik of Doylestown, Ohio; his siblings, Joe Subotnik (Carol) of Barberton and Debbie Knight of Cusseta, Alabama.; his wife Emily Tucker Subotnik; his children, Steve Jr. (Jennifer) of Gordonsville, Rob (Sue) of Stokesdale, NC and Sarah Nash of Portsmouth, Virginia; and his stepchildren, SueAnn Safriet (Keith) of Trinity, NC, Jackie Locklear of Jacksonville, NC and Eric Tucker (Dana) of Stokesdale, NC.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren with 1 grandchild.
