Patti Funkhouser Simpson Obituary

Patti Lynne Funkhouser Simpson, 71, of Plymouth, fell asleep in death Sunday, April 17, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born July 12, 1950 in Cumberland County she was the daughter of the late Cecil Richard Funkhouser and Gertrude Virginia Stewart Funkhouser and was preceded in death by her brother, Cecil Richard Funkhouser, Jr. Patti was a homemaker and one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Her family includes her husband, Daniel E. Simpson of Plymouth, N.C.; daughters, Nicole Lynne Simpson and Christina Danielle Simpson both of Plymouth, N.C.; sister, Peggy Payne of Tennessee; grandchildren, Amber Sobers, Jade Holland and Wolf Holland.
