He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Cletus Surratt, Sr. and Elgie Burleson Surratt; his wife Wanda Maner Surratt; and his brother Roger "Frog" Surratt. He is survived by : his grandchildren, Chynna Cummings (Justin), Cason, Aubrey and Greyson Surratt; his great grandchild Sunny Cummings; his siblings, Carolyn Whitley (Alvin), Margaret Colson (Ray), Teresa "Bink" Taylor (Rodney), Donna Burris (Rodney) and Ernest Surratt; and his close friend Agatha Loveless.
