He was predeceased by : his parents, George Capel Allen and Katie Jane Gulledge Allen; and his son Jasper Eugene Allen, Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Bily Ray Allen of Rockingham and Mary Catherine Allen of Rockingham; his siblings, Hazel Gaines of Winston-Salem, Jeanette Hagin of Wadesboro, Charlie Allen of Wadesboro and Bobby Allen of Polkton; and also LaSonya Clark of Wadesboro. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
