With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Arrowood of Polkton, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Arrowood to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowe Arrowood and Clara Parsons Arrowood; and his son Rodney Arrowood. He is survived by: his wife Nita Baker Arrowood of Polkton, NC; his sisters, Linda Rittenhouse of Cummings, GA, Jo Ellen Ginn (Roger) of Indian Trail, NC and Cathy Sands of Gastonia, NC; his sons, Richie Arrowood (Tammy) of Marshville, NC and Brian Griffin of Polkton, NC; his grandchildren, Matt, Tiffany and Kaitlyn Arrowood; and his daughter-in-law Rose Arrowood of Marshville, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
We ask that all who plan to attend practice proper social distancing including face coverings.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in John's honor be made to Rocky River Baptist Church, 297 Rocky River Church Road, Polkton, NC 28135 .
