He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas William Rice and Katie Martin Rice. He is survived by : his siblings, Katrina Martin (Scott Clontz) of Peachland, Barbara Allen (Paul) of Kannapolis, Sherry Walton (Jimmy) of Norwood, Ann Medlin (Gary) of Jefferson, SC and David Rice (Karin) of Lilesville. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
