He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parker and Odelia Parker; his son Stephen Parker; and his brother Jimmy Parker. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine R. Parker; his daughter Christy Fillingame (Chris); his grandsons, Nicholas and Nathaniel; and his siblings, Wayne Parker (Teressa) and Wynne Kenworthy. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
