She was predeceased by : her parents, Tom Rogers and Katie Rogers; her husband Jasper Willard Davenport; and her siblings, Tommy Rogers, Marjorie Baker, Betty Lynch and Helen Murdock.

She is survived by : her children, Jasper W. Davenport, Jr. (Wendy) of Goldsboro, Linda Keller of Wilson, Kimberly Scholder of Rockledge, FL and Winifred Ridings of Longview, TX; and her sisters, Peggy Wooten, Marie Brown and Edith Edwards. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
