She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Taber and John J. Griffin; her husband Richard; and her brother Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Richard Grimaldi, MaryAnne DiMaggio (Tony), Bobby Grimaldi and Lori McGrath (Jim); and her sister Dorothy Colgate. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region or St. Jude's Hospital.
