With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie McDougald (Raeford, North Carolina), who passed away on September 28, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Joyce Waller (La Monte) of Raeford, Dale Ellerby (David) of Sanford, Marilyn Floyd of Lillington, Lonnie Peterkin (Robin) of Raeford, Cleveland McDougald (Valerie) of Seattle, WA, James Peterkin (Carla) of Apex, Katie Allison McDougald of Fayetteville, Veorah Burden (Patrick) of Stafford, VA and Sharon Burney of Raeford; and her siblings, Clara Mae Peterkin (Matthew) of Raeford, Mary McRae (Dan) of Red Springs, Veorah Davis (Johnnie) of Fayetteville, Joe Bronson (Shirley Mae) of Fayetteville, Walter Bronson, Jr. (Doris) of Catonsville, MD, Robert Bronson (Gladys) of Raeford and Leroy Bronson (Betty) of Fayetteville. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and a host of great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Viewing will be Monday, October 5, 2020 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Dafford Funeral Home, Angier, with masks required and no more than 10 individuals inside at one time, practicing social distancing. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Cape Fear B Conference Headquarters, 10225 Fayetteville Rd., Raeford, following the facility's guidelines for entrance, masks are required, and practicing social distancing.
