He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Bettie, Zelma, Ervin, Lucille, Ernest, Lee Alford and Helen; his wife Linda Locklear; his children, Alton "Rabbit" Locklear, James Jr. Locklear, Brenda Locklear Boquist (David Boquist), Betty Ann Bryant of Ashley Hicks, Ala Sue Locklear and Darlene Wood; and his grandparent Cierra Jacobs.
